In 1643, a salesman named Claude Trudon arrived in Paris. He soon became the owner of a shop in Saint-Honoré. Apart from groceries, the store also provided its customers and candle wax. The candles were wrapped by hand and were produced following a special manufacturing process. La Maison Trudon soon became the supplier of the court of Louis XIV. In 1762, the engineer Duhamel de Monceau Encyclopedia bitterly praised the skills of qualifying Trudons exemplary treatment. Exclusive candles vegetable hand blown glass presented one by one.
